What should you keep in the Storage below the bed?

Storage beds or box beds are a great space saver. It also gives the option of hiding things under the bed. In modern small apartments, storage beds or box beds can be a big relief to keep you house organized and well arranged.
However, box beds also tempts us to put all clutter below the bed (like they say putting under the carpet here it becomes put it under the bed). The problem is that clutter effects sleep and increases restlessness and sleeplessness. I have also found people storing shoes, sandals and slippers under the bed which should be avoided.
As per vastu - Never keep the areas under your bed cluttered because this represents all that is incomplete in you life and stagnates your life energy or Prana. If you have such clutter, remove it slowly so that the job of clearing the clutter does not overwhelm you. Clearing up clutter enables your subconscious mind to be calm and your sleep will not be disrupted.
So what should you store below the bed ?
You can store washed clothes, bedsheets, pillows, quilts and other things which are useable and are neat and clean. Also keep in mind that you store only things which are needed intermittently. Something which is not required, not useable is clutter and it is best to throw it out.
