Plan Before you buy a plot

Vastu has some rules and regulations when it comes to buying a plot of land. Follow these and you will ensure that the home you build on this land is free of negative energies and brings you prosperity, harmony, peace and good health.
Here are a few points that you must keep in mind while going in for a plot:
* Shape of the Plot
* Square - Most perfect, stable, denotes prosperity, peace, happiness
* Rectangular - Ensure health and prosperity
* Trapezoid (with the long side facing the road - Beneficial for commercial purpose rather than for residential use.
* Trapezoid (Narrow in Front and wider at the rear) - Excellent for Residential Purposes.
* Triangular - is associated with negative energies and should be avoided at all costs.
*Circular or Irregular - Will cause mental unrest and will not let the inhabitants live in peace
* Polygonal Plot extending towards Northeast - Good for residential and commercial.
It is not always possible to get a perfectly shaped plot all the time. Vastu has remedial measures to eradicate this problem and a Vastu expert will be able to guide you on these corrections.
