The Importance of Intention in Vastu and Feng Shui

Vastu and Feng Shui are used to make your environment conducive to fulfill your desires. The effects are realized by the use of colors, artifacts, figurines, aroma, or meditation.
In order to realize the full benefits of a Vastu or a Feng Shui remedy, it is critical to have full faith in the art. Besides faith, intention also plays a very critical role. When placing any Vastu or Feng Shui remedy, as per advise from your consultant, it is important for you to spell the exact intention of placing the object i.e. what do you want to achieve from it?
Suppose you are placing a fish aquarium in your living room to bring in prosperity to your home, you can recite the following sentence in your mind at the time when you are placing the aquarium - "I am placing this fish aquarium with a belief that it will bring wealth and prosperity in my life. Very soon the positive effects of this placement are going to help me lift my financial status and make me rich."
I will also suggest that you the following ritual everyday at a fixed time in the morning while standing in front of this aquarium and looking at it. Just fold your hands and recite the following positive affirmation - "I am benefiting from this aquairum. It has brought a positive change in my life and the positive energies from the aquarium have opened the doors of prosperity to me."
