Lord Ganesha’s birthday comes on shukala paksha fourth tithi of bhadra month as per Hindu calendar every year. This festival is celebrated for 11 days till Anant Chuturdashi. This year Ganesha's birthday will be celebrated on September 1, 2011. As per Hindu culture, Ganesha is the first Lord who is invoked in all prayers and rituals performed by Hindus.

The eleven day period from Ganesha's birthday is the best period to gain knowledge, wisdom, nullify obstacles and get success, improve or develop new relationship and to achieve good health.
