Basic Tenets of Vastu: Slope of the Floor

One of the basic principles of Vastu relates to the slope of the floor in different directions.
When deciding the plan for building your house, you can advise your architect and engineer to plan the slope of the floor in different directions as per Vastu and as explained in this post.
As per Vastu the floor should be highest at the South West corner of the building and lowest at the North East Corner of the house. The height of the floor in the North West and South East corner can be in between the highest and lowest point. The figure attached shows this concept graphically to help you visualize and internalize this simple concept of Vastu.
