Moon – Planet causing Depression and Insomnia

In Sanskrit, “Chandrama manso jaatakhaa” means Moon is the main planet which changes Moods. Moon is a watery planet and there is 80% water in our body. That’s why when Moon’s phases goes on increasing and decreasing (wax and wane), depending on birth chart our moods change.
Moon is a sensitive planet and when it gets afflicted by Saturn, Rahu and Ketu various physical and mental issues affect us.
To avoid the malefic results, it’s advisable to strengthen Moon. One of the potent remedies by which Moon can be made beneficial is by placing a conch in the Northwest direction of your apartment or workstation.

- Affliction of Rahu on Moon gives financial insecurity. Due to monetary phobia we start thinking of earning money through any means which can give huge profits. Shares, lottery and gambling will suddenly become attractive. It will give nervous disorder and lower backache.
- When Moon is afflicted by Ketu, we start taking stress for everything. Even small issues make us believe that life can’t work anymore and these issues are not going to be resolved ever. Emotional insecurity will increase and sleeping disorder will take place.
